 We are THRILLED to have KALMA LIFE nominated in this years whats on for kids awards 2024. We are up for awards in no less than FOUR categories, we are so very proud.  These awards are the most important ones to us because they are voted for by our parents, knowing you LOVE our classes, means the world to us all! 

We would all love to reach the finals, the team really do deserve it! But we need your help. What do people say about us?

Baby Yoga classes with Kalma are incredible! A great way to bond with your baby and benefit their development too.  We have been attending classes with our 9 month daughter, its our favourite activity to do.  Mel and Penelope

We have had Kalma Junior classes in our school working with KS2 now for over a year.  Kalma have delivered Yoga and Mindfulness with our pupils and they have developed a lovely rapport with the children.  The children look forward to some winding down tie and relaxation during their busy school days.  Deputy Head Jane Bush 

Our energetic toddler has been coming along to Kalma Toddler classes for two year now.  Its a much needed hour in the week where Henry can find some time for himself.  He loves his downward dogs and the fun games they play whilst relaxing at the end with the bubbles!  Pippa and Henry
